CC Code ("the app") is a personal, single-operator desktop tool. It uploads short videos as private drafts to its operator's own TikTok account and reads that same account's statistics so the operator can track how their videos perform. It is not a service offered to the public, and it has no users other than its operator.

What the app collects

The app collects no personal information from anyone other than its operator. It does not have accounts, sign-ups, analytics, advertising, cookies, or tracking of any kind.

When the operator connects their own TikTok account, TikTok issues an access token and a refresh token. These are stored in a single file on the operator's own computer. They are never transmitted anywhere except to TikTok's own API.

What the app accesses on TikTok

The app does not request permission to publish content, and cannot post to a profile. Every upload arrives as an unpublished draft that a person must open, review and post manually inside the TikTok app.

The app reads data only for the operator's own connected account. It does not read comments, messages, or any data about other TikTok users.

How the data is used and where it goes

Account and video statistics are written to a private tracking spreadsheet that belongs to the operator (stored on the operator's computer or in the operator's own Google Drive) so the operator can compare how their videos perform. They are used for nothing else.

Beyond that, data goes nowhere except the APIs the app calls directly: TikTok (to upload drafts and read statistics), and, when the operator generates a video with the tool, ElevenLabs (audio and imagery) and Anthropic (script text). TikTok data is not sent to ElevenLabs or Anthropic. No data is sold, shared, brokered, or given to advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Tokens, video files and the tracking spreadsheet belong to the operator and are deleted by deleting those files. TikTok access can be revoked at any time from Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions inside the TikTok app, which immediately and permanently ends the app's access.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no information from them.
